  2. Building capacity through recruitment and retention - how do we attract and sustain people working towards the desired goal?
    • Recruitment: students, staff, faculty, and community members.
    • Retention: keeping members engaged by continuing to challenge them.
  3. Implementation - how do we make sure what needs to happen, happens?
    • Running effective meetings.
    • Long term planning - ensuring everything is not left to the last minute.
