According to the BC Ministry of Advanced Education[1], Vancouver Community College (VCC)[2] "serves more than 26,000 students a year at its Broadway and downtown campuses, with programming that ranges from basic literacy through certificates and diplomas to applied bachelor’s degrees. VCC offers full and part-time upgrading and career programs in health sciences, hospitality, business, english as a second language, adult basic education, career access, music, transportation trades and technology."
